Editor-in-chief, Best In Singapore
Jim Ng founded Best SEO Singapore in 2019, which became Best Marketing Agency Pte. Ltd. in 2022 and has since served more than 200 Singapore businesses across 43 industries. As editor-in-chief he sets the ranking criteria every guide on this site follows and is accountable for corrections. The same company also owns Best SEO. Jim owns Singapore Florist himself, and he is a shareholder in JustSwim Singapore and its head of marketing; JustSwim Singapore owns SwimHub. He also part-owns JustSwim Indonesia, where he is managing partner. Wherever one of those businesses appears in a guide, it is labelled.
